Our owner, Kyle Kocmarek, is a licensed plumber and certified backflow tester who personally trains every technician on our team.
We are licensed, bonded, and insured in Ohio. We finance large jobs through Dollar Bank, with 18-month options available. And we have been serving Northeast Ohio long enough that most of our work now comes from neighbors of customers we have already helped.

How fast can you come out?
Most service calls are handled the same day during business hours, which run Monday through Friday from 8am to 4pm. After hours requests are returned first thing the next morning.
Are you actually licensed and insured?
Yes. Fully licensed, bonded, and insured in Ohio. Our owner Kyle is a licensed plumber and certified backflow tester. We carry full liability coverage on every job.
Do you charge for estimates?
No. Estimates are free and come with no obligation. You see the price before any work begins, and you choose what gets done.
What if something goes wrong after the job?
Water heater installations come with a 6-year parts warranty and a 1-year labor warranty. If something fails within that window, we make it right. That is the entire point of standing behind your work.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. We finance through Dollar Bank with 18-month options available. You can apply during your service call.
